Hi, I'm Sarah. With 20 years experience as a registered nurse, if there's one thing I can tell you for certain - it's that I think, too often we make health more complicated that it needs to be! That's why I've become incredibly passionate about simplifying health for regional Australians.
I believe the time has passed for focusing on disease, now is the time to build on people's incredible strengths to optimise their health!
When I'm not talking health, I can be found adventuring with my loved ones, running slowly or enjoying a coffee.

Talking about health more means we are increasing our knowledge and leveraging the incredible strengths we have as people living outside of major cities!
As a country girl at heart and experienced registered nurse, I truly 'get' that the challenges are different in the bush to the city.
I definitely know we need to talk and take more action to protect our health when we're well and the SEED subscription is about doing just that.
What is it? Self paced, convenient people and wellbeing focused, conversation starting episodes via audio clips. The episodes vary from 5-10 minutes in length.
4-6 short downloadable, audio clips are made available in each calendar month covering topics such as physical health, responding to change, communication, energy, attitudes and building on strengths.
Duration of subscription - You will have 12 months to access the audio clips from when you sign up - including the updates in that time.
Delivery of the subscription - on Teachable (a learning platform and membership site) When you purchase you will need to set up an account and access the subscription through a dashboard. All instructions will be provided on purchase.
Investment - $160 for 12 months access if you pay upfront or $176 if you choose to pay in instalments.
Starting date - Whenever you like! New episodes are being loaded each month. Spread the word in your networks!
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I share this content with others in our business? Yes, absolutely, we want you to do that!! The episodes are able to downloaded and can be listened to or watched at your convenience, in a standup meeting for example, or sent out by your workplace wellbeing champion, perhaps?
Does this replace our Employee Assistance Program? No, but it may complement wellbeing support programs already in place in the business.
Can I pay in instalments for the SEED subscription? Yes, for sure. while there is an upfront price, breaking the payment into 4 instalments is an available payment option.
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
